All orders placed before 11:59PM EST will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days from Vancouver, Calgary or Ottawa depending on the location of the order. Orders will be shipped via Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, Purolator or Canpar and will take 2-7 business days to arrive. All orders are shipped free over $90.00 or a flat fee of $8.95 will be applied. We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within an hour of placing your order. We are sorry, but orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.
We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If ever a product doesn't meet the standards of quality you expect from Raw Elements, we will gladly replace it or refund your money - whichever you prefer. The Raw Elements Guarantee applies to products purchased directly from rawelementscanada.ca.
If you are dissatisfied with a product that you purchased directly from rawelementscanada.ca within the last 30 days, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be accompanied with an #RMA obtained from a customer service rep at Raw Elements. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only be eligible for a partial refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds or credits will be equivalent to price at time of purchase. Credit cards will be credited back to your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Return shipping fees are not reimbursable unless we explicitly ask for the product to be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned.
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment and to make sure that the correct product was shipped. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, or if we made an error in the shipment, we would be happy to work with you to get replacement product shipped right out.
